Dr. Carrasco completed his undergrad studies in Hunter College of the City of New York and received his doctorate from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2007. After completing 3 years of residency at Wyckoff Hospital in NYC with emphasis in surgery and diabetic limb salvage, Dr. Carrasco then stayed and served as part of the residency teaching staff for 1yr post residency. He then moved to California’s San Francisco Bay Area to a practice affiliated with John Muir Medical Center and Healogic’s Wound Care Center.
Dr. Carrasco enjoys extending his profession to community services and to teaching. Socially, he is a self-proclaimed foodie, eating his way from New York to Hawaii, learning new cultures, and a fan of the arts.
He recently relocated to Hawaii, to join his beloved wife and family. Dr. Carrasco is currently on staff at Queen’s Medical Center, and the newest member to join the Academy Foot Center of Hawaii team.
